Most of my shows are for children’s audiences or family audiences, along with some shows for seniors.

The rates below are for magic shows in Victoria and area, & in Duncan and area (the Cowichan Valley). No travel fee, because I’m based in Victoria.

Call for rates for shows in other locations. (For example, fees for magic shows in Lake Cowichan or Ladysmith are +$50, fees for magic shows in Nanaimo are +$100, and fees for magic shows on the Lower Mainland are +$400.)

All rates are complete.

The 30-Minute (Bronze), 45-Minute (Silver), or 60-Minute (Gold) Fun Magic Shows are my non-themed, family-friendly shows, that deliver lots of Laughter, Smiles, and Amazement!

The shows are a blend of amazing magic tricks, clean comedy, and hilarious audience participation, with no stage illusion.

New shows (different magic tricks) are available for repeat customers.

You can also add-on a special “Stage Illusion” or “Balloon Twisting,” or both – see below.

Themed shows are also available. I offer my non-themed “Fun Magic Shows” 12 months a year. However, if you’re looking for a themed show to fit with your party or event, I also offer my “Spooky Goofy Magic Show” (Halloween themed fun) in October, and my “Happy Holiday Magic Show” (Christmas themed fun) in November and December. No extra cost to have one of these themed shows.

30-minute Magic Show (Bronze) = $300. /

45-minute Magic Show (Silver) = $400. /

60-minute Magic Show (Gold) = $500.

To create a big WOW, you can add one or two special “Stage Illusions” to the 30-Minute, 45-Minute, or 60-Minute Fun Magic Show. A stage illusion is a larger-scale magic trick, usually involving a person.

In this version of the show, I perform my Floating Child Illusion (a child volunteer who I select from the audience), and / or my Amazing Shoe Illusion (funny trick with a borrowed shoe and magic wands that get bigger and bigger), which are special highlights of the show.

Adding one or two Stage Illusions creates a Deluxe Magic Show experience for your group.

Add One Illusion (“Plus”) = +$100. /
Add Two Illusions (“Plus Plus”) = +$200.

For Example:
60-Minute Show with Floating Child Illusion (“Gold Plus” Fun Magic Show) = $600.
60-Minute Show with both Floating Child and Amazing Shoe Illusions (“Gold Plus Plus” Fun Magic Show) = $700.

Yes, you can book Donald’s Balloon Twisting without booking a Magic Show, but some customers book it as an add-on to their Magic Show.

Balloon Twisting is NOT a stand-up show, but souvenir-style entertainment for a few people at a time (typically, I end up a steady line-up of kids wanting balloons). I’ll create and give away colourful and customized balloon creations.

In one hour, I can inflate and twist about 100 souvenir balloons. These can be 100 single-balloon-creations for larger groups, or fewer but fancier multiple-balloon-creations for smaller groups. I inflate my balloons with a pump, not by mouth.

All of the balloons create a festive atmosphere.

Note – if you’re booking Balloon Twisting as an ADD-ON to a magic show, I offer that service in half-hour increments. But, if you are booking Balloon Twisting BY ITSELF (no magic show), I only offer that service by the hour, so the minimum fee is for a full hour. Yes, you can book multiple hours.

Balloon Twisting:
Balloon Twisting “ADD-ON RATE”: 30-Minutes = +$125. / 60-Minutes = +$250.
Balloon Twisting “BY ITSELF RATE”: 60-Minutes = $250.

Note #1 – I also offer other show options that are not mentioned above. By special request, I offer mini Fun Magic Shows for School Fun Fairs (3x 15 minutes, 4x 15 minutes, 5x 15 minutes). For Elementary Schools, I offer a “Magic of Reading Show” and a “Magic of Learning Show”. For Churches, I also offer a Christian Message Show (“Magic with a Message Gospel Show”). Call for information.

Note #2 – Your fee is already discounted. The show fees quoted on my website, in emails, and over the phone are discounted, based on expectation that the customer will pay in full at the show, or in advance. If the customer wants to pay after the show date (for example – net 30 days), then the full fee is a higher amount not published here.
