One thing that is very unique about Donald, is that in addition to performing, he has a background working in childcares for 10 years.  During his time working in afterschool programs and summer daycamps (and additional years as a Sunday School volunteer), Donald honed his skills at managing groups of kids of various ages.  Donald loves working with kids, and it shows.
